A lovely coffee shop. We visited twice during our weekend getaway. Excellent food and cakes served by very friendly staff. There is seating upstairs in the loft area as well as downstairs and outside. Update: Third visit and the cafe is still has wonderful as last time. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.

First class coffee and a fish finger sandwich with salad and chrisps for lunch, very good value and excellent service.
Cosy little coffee shop in loft of the stone building near Tesco’s car park. The place was a little cluttered with more syrups on display than Charlie’s chocolate factory and limited room for tables. Initially sat in cramped area on small chairs that felt like being at a children’s tea party but eventually moved to grown-ups table when one became free. I had bacon and brie panini which came with salad and crisps. Price was pretty reasonable and it had those nice touches you don’t always get with chutney and decent side salad dressed in balsamic vinegar. Had a pot of Yorkshire tea to wash it down with. Looked to be additional space downstairs but wasn’t clear if that was part of the shop. Would go again though I may avoid busy times.
Wonderful little coffee shop, great service, great people and great food! Amazing find for our family while we are on our holiday in the peak district.
Excellent and friendly service. Fab food and excellent coffee. Nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend
Always welcomed here with a smile from all the staff. Dogs welcome downstairs and can even have a free 'puppachino'. Love it.
Best espresso in Penistone, as if it was Italy. Amazing cakes and scones, very good value, lovely staff. Only minutes from the Trans Pennine Trail, so if you are looking for a pit stop, definitely come here - it also has outside seating, so you can look after rucksacks or bikes. Or just come for the coffee you really won't be disappointed. Thank you Loft.
